Biography
RAVI NARAYAN
Ravi Narayan is a New Zealand actor and stunt performer known for his work in film and television.
He most recently appeared as Swaran in NZ Spy, and has also worked on Predator: Badlands.
Ravi is widely recognised for his work on the Netflix series Sweet Tooth, as well as Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit trilogy The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies where he worked as a scale and stunt double and performed various on-screen creature and background roles, including a Goblin sequence in Gollum’s cave.
Some of his feature film credits include Krampus and Kiwi Christmas, along with stunt and performance work on productions such as Yogi Bear. His television credits include Shortland Street, Power Rangers, and Hillary, as well as web series work including AFK.
With a background in martial arts and physical performance, Ravi continues to work across both acting and stunt disciplines in film and television.
